Undergraduate Ceremonies

Undergraduate Commencement Ceremonies

Bachelor's degree candidates who anticipate graduation in the Fall 2018 term are eligible to participate in the Fall Commencement ceremonies. If you have questions regarding your eligibility to participate in the ceremonies on Saturday, please contact your college student academic services office.

All ceremonies will be held in Gallagher-Iba Arena. No tickets are necessary for entrance to the Commencement Ceremony.

Spears School of Business

  • First Undergraduate Ceremony ​- 9:00 a.m.
    • Students assemble under south side of Boone Pickens Stadium 8:15 a.m.
      • ​Gate 3 West for Spears School of Business
    • Processional starts 8:40 a.m.

College of Education, Health & Aviation
College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources

  • Second Undergraduate Ceremony - 12:00 p.m.
    • Students assemble under south side of Boone Pickens Stadium 11:30 a.m.
      • ​Gate 11 South for College of Education, Health & Aviation
      • Gate 3 West for College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources
    • Processional starts 11:40 a.m.

College of Human Sciences
College of Engineering, Architecture & Technology

  • Third Undergraduate Ceremony - 3:00 p.m.
    • Students assemble under south side of Boone Pickens Stadium 2:30 p.m.
      • ​Gate 11 South for College of Human Sciences
      • Gate 3 West for College of Engineering, Architecture & Technology 
    • Processional starts 2:40 p.m.

College of Arts & Sciences

  • Fourth Undergraduate Ceremony - 6:00 p.m.
    • Students assemble under south side of Boone Pickens Stadium 5:30 p.m.
      • ​Gate 3 West for College of Arts & Sciences
    • Processional starts 5:40 p.m.

During Each Ceremony

The Oklahoma State University Pipes & Drums Band will lead the Saturday processionals into Gallagher-Iba Arena where candidates will be seated by college. Candidates will be announced individually, photographed and presented an OSU Commencement print while crossing the stage.

Graduates are expected to remain seated throughout the ceremony as a courtesy to your classmates. Individuals who participate in the commencement ceremony are expected to wear caps and gowns that are approved by the University. Appropriate attire is required.
